Reliability in the Cafeteria

Reliable people follow through with assignments. In the cafeteria, the assignment is “eating lunch”! Reliable students sit near friends and focus on eating lunch while having small talk between bites. Remaining focused on the real assignment of lunch, EATING, means that reliable people finish eating in a shorter amount of time and provide their bodies with the needed energy to carry out learning for the rest of the day.  These students are also ready for recess sooner because of having stayed on task.
